Cancellation Policy

At OneFour, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines when and how you can cancel an order placed on our website.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request an order cancellation before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed and handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order:

We will confirm whether your cancellation request can be processed based on the order status at the time of your request.

3. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

  • If your cancellation request is accepted before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing time.

4. Cancellation of COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge.
  • If you refuse a COD delivery at the door without a valid reason, this may be flagged as a fraudulent or abusive cancellation. Repeated refusals may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

5. Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return once you receive the package, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Cancellations by OneFour

We reserve the right to cancel orders in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock discrepancies
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or payment failure
  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors
  • Incomplete or undeliverable shipping addresses

In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

7. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

OneFour monitors for patterns of order abuse, including repeated cancellations, COD refusals, and fraudulent return claims. We reserve the right to restrict or cancel accounts engaged in such behaviour, subject to applicable law.
