1. Shipping Availability
OneFour currently has shipping zones configured for India and selected international destinations. Availability for your specific address is determined by the destinations and shipping rates enabled at checkout. If shipping is not available to your address, the checkout will not offer a delivery option.
2. Processing
Orders are generally processed after order confirmation. Processing and dispatch timing can vary during weekends, holidays, sales and high-demand periods.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timing depends on destination, carrier and the shipping option shown at checkout. Any delivery timeframe displayed at checkout or in an order confirmation should be treated as an estimate unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Free-shipping thresholds or promotional shipping offers apply only where shown on the store or at checkout.
5. Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided through the order or shipping confirmation.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Delays, failed delivery or re-shipment costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Delivery Attempts and RTO
Delivery attempts are controlled by the carrier. If delivery fails and the parcel is returned to origin, re-shipment or refund options will depend on the circumstances and applicable policies.
8. Delays
Carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, customs processes, remote-area restrictions and other events outside our reasonable control may delay delivery.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at maheshwar323232@gmail.com with your order number and supporting information. We will review the matter with the relevant carrier or service provider.
